Special orders and engraved jewelry items (other than rings) are final sale.
Any ring where personal engraving was added may be returned, exchanged or resized where possible (with the exception of special orders), however the $25.00 engraving fee is non-refundable.
Once a returned item passes our quality inspection and is fully processed for refund, it typically takes two to eight days for your credit card company to refund your account. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary. Bank wire refunds USD $1000 or greater typically take seven to 10 business days after the return is processed. Returned orders with bank wire as the original payment method and a credit amount under USD $1000 will be refunded via check. Checks are sent via regular US Mail to the billing address in the original order (unless otherwise requested) and typically deliver within one week after the return has processed.
Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they were shipped, free-of-charge and no questions asked. Please note: Two complimentary returns are allowed per customer, per year.
